Cumin-Spiced Yogurt Dip

This zesty + cool dip is the perfect pairing to your healthy afternoon veggie snack.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or any thick yogurt)
1 tsp ground cumin (toasted for extra depth)
½ tsp smoked paprika or chili powder (optional for heat)
½ small garlic clove, finely grated
Zest + Juice of ½ lemon (or to taste)
Salt to taste
Olive oil or chili oil (for drizzling)
Optional: chopped cilantro or mint, crushed black pepper
Steps:
In a bowl, mix yogurt, cumin, garlic, lemon juice, and salt.
Taste and adjust — more lemon if you want tang, more cumin if you want it earthier.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle herbs/paprika on top if using.
What to Dip:
Carrot or cucumber sticks, pita chips, naan, + toasted sourdough
Roasted sweet potato wedges or cauliflower, Grilled shrimp or chicken…lamb skewers or kebabs.
Even your sandwiches + wraps deserve a glow up by spreading it on.
